We don’t have a steady physical store but all our items are easily accessible through our website. This way, you can easily shop from the comforts of your own home and have your items delivered directly to your doorstep!

What are your business hours?
You can shop on OOLALA.ph 24/7. Orders are processed during business hours, 10am to 6pm except public holidays. Orders received after 6pm on weekdays and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are received and will be processed the following business day.
I’m all good with my choices! How do I pay?
We currently accept payment in three ways: via credit / debit card, via bank transfer, or via cash on delivery (COD). BTW, you don't need a Paypal account to use your credit / debit card on Paypal!
Will my credit or debit card details be safe online?
Definitely! Security is a top priority for us. So much so, that we are PCI compliant. This means that the payment card information we collect is encrypted on the fly. They cannot be decrypted and we do not store this information.
What happens when I pay via Bank Transfer?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a payment confirmation in your registered email.
- If you made the payment, in cash, during business hours (M-F, 10am-6pm), we will confirm it immediately. If not, give us until the next working day to send you the confirmation.
- If you made it via check payment, we’ll send you the confirmation upon clearing.
How does Cash-on-Delivery (COD) work?
Pretty easy. Our friendly couriers will get to your home max of 7 days from when you made your order (See delivery timeframe below). Just hand over your monies to them, and you're set.

Can’t wait to receive my order! When can I expect delivery?
We know waiting feels like forever. We can’t wait for your goodies to arrive at your doorstep, either! We do our best to ensure that your orders will be delivered within this timeframe:
- 2 to 4 business days within Metro Manila
- 4 to 7 business days for outside Metro Manila
Please note that our shipping partner’s regular delivery hours are from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
I missed the delivery guys! What do I do?
No worries! Best to drop us a line right away so we can process redelivery ASAP. We will attempt to redeliver your package within 3 business days.
Should the second delivery attempt still become unsuccessful, you will be charged with an additional shipping fee for the re-delivery to be collected upon final delivery. Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the items to be delivered and delivery location.
How much are the shipping fees?
Shipping depends on how big your order will be and where the destination is. You'll find the actual rates when you checkout before you proceed to payment. Here's how it works generally:
FREE SHIPPING for orders ₱2,000 and above. Use code FREESHIPPING on checkout to claim the free shipping.
For orders below:
₱50 for 1 kg
₱75 for 2 kgs
+ ₱30 per kg in addition to 2kgs for Metro Manila addresses
+ ₱80 per kg in addition to 2kgs for provincial addresses (invoiced separately)

I’m shopping for someone special. Can I have goodies sent to them as a gift?
Absolutely! You have the option to enter the recipient’s shipping address separate from your billing address during Checkout.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?
Sure! You may opt to enter an alternative address such as an office address during Checkout.
What if I change my mind? Do you have a Return Policy?
While we understand that shopping decisions can get a little tricky and subject to change, requests for return, exchange, or refund will only be accepted if the product delivered to you is considered defective, damaged, or incorrect.
What do I do if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry and we’re help to help you. Please contact us right away at email@example.com with the following info:
- Subject: Help! Request for Return & Exchange
- Attach: Photo of product (damaged, defect, incorrect)
- State in the body email what’s the issue.
A damaged or defective product must be returned to us within 7 days from the time it was delivered to you in its original condition. The item must be unused and contained its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, tags and other inclusions. OOLALA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements described above.
Got it. What happens after I email you for a Request for Return & Exchange?
The items will undergo a verification process to confirm if they qualify for an exchange or refund.
- All qualified items will be immediately replaced, to be delivered within 7 days from confirmation.
- If the item to be replaced is no longer available, you will be refunded in full within 7 days from confirmation.
Rest assured we’ll notify you via email and/or phone as soon as the replacement item has been shipped or the refund payment has been deposited.
Are all items returnable?
Due to hygiene, we strictly do not accept returns of the ff: swimwear, lingerie, underwear, socks and hosiery, beauty and personal care products such as (but not limited to) cosmetics and fragrances.
